01History
Rooted in plant engineering. Built for the whole line.
We don't just supply machines – we deliver plants that work as a whole, from the feed hopper to the last conveyor.
Plant planning and design have been the field of the founders, Robert Königs and Jörg Hilpisch, since 1983. In 2004 they founded Vecotrade S.A. in Brandenbourg, Luxembourg – and completed the first orders in the founding year.
Today we work from Weiswampach in the Éislek, right at the tripoint with Belgium and Germany. Our core markets are Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and the Netherlands; projects have taken us as far as Africa.
We combine technology from our partners Vecoplan, M-TEC and EWD with our own planning, CE and machine-safety expertise, used machinery and a spare-parts service. Short distances, three languages, one dedicated contact.

Used machines, combined with new ones, become a second business line. This opens the way to a plant of their own for customers on a limited budget; Vecotrade also accepts other manufacturers' machines as trade-ins.

Our office is in the north of Luxembourg, a few kilometres from the Luxembourg–Belgium–Germany tripoint. The Netherlands are within easy reach via Liège and Aachen.
