01Performance

What it does.

Conveying turns individual machines into a plant. It determines whether material arrives evenly, whether transfer points run with little dust and no blockages, and whether the line stays stable when quantities vary. We design conveyors for material, distance and capacity – from a short transfer belt to a conveyor route spanning several halls.
01

Sized to fit

Width, length, incline and speed follow from the material, bulk density and required capacity.

02

Clean transfers

Chutes, scrapers and covers reduce spillage, dust and material loss at transfer points.

03

The right principle

Belt, chain, screw or vibrating trough – depending on material, temperature, abrasiveness and route.

04

Integrated into existing plants

Connecting new conveyors to existing machines, halls and steelwork – on request based on a 3D laser scan.

05

Safe in operation

Emergency stops, guards and maintenance access are part of the design, not a retrofit.

Machine types & parameters.

Typical machine types

  1. 01

    Belt conveyors

Flat, troughed or cleated – the all-rounder for bulk materials over short and long distances.

  2. 02

    Chain & scraper conveyors

For heavy, abrasive or hot materials and enclosed, low-dust routes.

  3. 03

    Screw conveyors

Compact, enclosed conveying for shavings, dust and fine-grained bulk materials – also as a dosing element.

  4. 04

    Vibrating conveyors

Spread and even out the material flow, for example ahead of screens and separators.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

01Do you also plan conveyors for existing plants?

Yes. Conveyors often connect new machines with existing ones – for example in extensions or modernisations. For tight installation situations we can survey the existing plant by 3D laser scan.

02Belt or chain?

Belt conveyors are economical and versatile but reach their limits with hot, highly abrasive or sharp-edged material. Chain or scraper conveyors are often the more robust choice there. We decide with an eye on material, route and maintenance.

03Do you also handle installation and commissioning?

Yes – delivery, installation and commissioning are part of our services, as is training your staff.
